|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
Unless specified, shipping charges are added to each order at checkout, based on the specific items. For most machines and supplies, shipping rates will be displayed in your shopping cart at the time of checkout and added to the total cost. For large items, cabinetry & furniture, an adjustment may be made to the shipping fees due to additional freight charges. Customers are notified of the adjustment prior to it being made. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
If you order before 2 pm EST Mon-Fri your order should be processed the same day. If you order after 2 pm Mon-Fri EST, your order will be processed the next day. Please note depending on the volume of orders, some orders placed close to the cut-off line may be processed the next day.
The day your order is shipped is the shipping day and is not a day of transit.
Orders do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays nor will they be delivered on these days unless prior arrangements were made.
Expedited shipping is just that expediting the shipping process, not the time it takes to process and manufacture the item.
