Works as it's supposed to July 25, 2022 Reviewer: Oregon customer   This BP monitor appears to work as it is supposed to.  MDD had a 19 day delay between order and shipping dates, but I got it.  I needed the shipping address changed due to this delay and MDD did it without a fuss or added charge.  Happy with the item and MDD. Fantastic staff and service November 15, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Ellicott City, MD United States   I was searching for two pieces of medical equipment and searched the web for nearby vendors. I pulled up Medical Device Depot, Inc. among countless others. The phone rang once, and immediately, Julia answered. She was so pleasant and reassuring and helpful. She made inquiries for me, new the specifics of the equipment and was so professional - I was amazed - it was as if I had been transported to another world. She and Danielle who processed my order were so helpful and caring - I would recommend this group to anyone I met! Please do give the ladies any kind of bonus/raise you can - you have gems here.
