The Albumin & Creatinine (ACR) test cartridge, for the Alere Afinion 2 Analyzer, tests for quantitative determination of albumin, creatinine and albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) in human urine, used for early identification of renal disease in patients with diabetes and/or hypertension.
