MA 27 Portable Audiometer for Hearing Screening
Test your patients' hearing acuity with the MA 27 Portable Air Conduction Audiometer. When you give your patients a hearing test, switch between various tones and functions with the streamlined interface. Take the portable audiometer anywhere, including classrooms and medical centers.
To run your portable audiometer for hearing screening, all you need is three AA batteries. The air conduction audiometry system plays 11 frequencies that range from 125 to 8000 HZ. Give your patient the test with the audiometry machine, then read and transfer the data to evaluate the results. State-of-the-art audiometric circuitry ensures accurate, fast test results. Switch between tone, pulse or warble by simply pressing a button. Large, fingertip control knobs provide access to a full range of frequencies and hearing levels.

Binaural DD45 headset is standard; optional DD65 headset availableThe RadioEar DD65 v2 headset places the cushion around the outside of the external ear (pinna) compared to supranatural headphones that sit directly on the pinna. This option of circling the ear provides more comfort and easier placement. The latest design of the DD65 v2 now incorporates a single cord. This feature allows for easier placement and removal of the headset. Testing a high volume of patients is now faster and more convenient Due to the circumaural fit of the headphone, noise reduction (attenuation) of external environmental sounds is improved compared to the DD45 headset. This allows standard room noise to cause less interference during the testing process which leads to faster and more reliable results
