4 of 5 Delivery was incredible/ missing piece, and locks November 29, 2021

I'd like you to know whomever you use for delivery was incredible. We could not get it in the door as the bed was bolted to a skid. He went above and beyond to assist with getting it off the skid and into the building. He also helped get it down the hall and in place! Job well done in that department for sure!
We did notice the dowel that holds exam paper roll was missing, along with the locking mechanism to hold the bed on the frame didn't line up correctly are the only downfalls with this product.
