Seems a bit less durable than my old one. April 29, 2020 Reviewer: Rebecca Perry from Crandon, WI United States   This is a replacement for one I purchased probably 15-20 years ago--a Nonin and loved it. I lent that to a patient who needed one urgently--this one isn't as nice as my original--it just doesn't feel as solid or durable.  But seems to work fine--though I haven't had the opportunity to check it at lower sat levels. I just trust it will work there as I know the performance quality of the Nonin is very good.  I wanted a reliable one that was better than the $30 ones from Amazon and hopefully this will work out okay. While I haven’t used mine yet the process to purchase was simple & delivery was extremely prompt. Items were packaged to ensure no damage during transit. Received email updates through status of the order and delivery process which was appreciated. Very pleased with the ease of this purchase. Great customer service April 13, 2020 Reviewer: Melissa Taylor from Midland, TX United States   Medical Device Depot called the maker of the finger oximeter I just purchased because it didn’t preform correctly.  The company is sending me a new one and I can’t wait until I receive it.  Thanks Medical Device Depot for making it happen and thank Nonin, the maker of Onyx finger oximeter for sending me a new one.
